I acknowledge that my child may be injured in the course of a session/camp and I understand and voluntarily accept the risk and agree that Australian Basketball Development (AUBD) will not be liable for any injury including without limitation personal, bodily or mental injury and/or economic loss.

I acknowledge that during an AUBD program coaches may make reasonable physical contact with my child in order to practice skills (by physically guiding them through the movement) or to simulate the physical contact that occurs during a game.

I acknowledge that all photos or videos taken of me as an AUBD Squad member and taken during AUBD delivered sessions, camps and tours is owned by AUBD and may be used by AUBD at AUBD’s discretion.

I agree to and understand that:

I will be billed on the 16th of each month on a recurring basis.

I can attend an unlimited amount of Squad sessions across both MSAC and Waverley throughout school terms.

I can attend an unlimited amount of AUBD School Holiday Training Camp sessions.

To cancel my membership, I must notify AUBD via email.

My membership can only be paused if more than 4 weeks of the program are missed.
